About This Elementary School
St. Louis County's First Public Charter School - Located in Normandy School District in North County. The Leadership school is designed to empower little learners to become little leaders. The TLS cultural and instructional model equips students with the knowledge, skills and mindset to create lives of choice and opportunity.
